咖哩酥炸鱼片
材料
"主材料 ~","大头鲢鱼片 1片","醃酱 ~","佛蒙特咖哩 1小块","米酒 1大匙","胡椒粉 1小匙","蛋液 一颗","地瓜粉 适量","沾料~ ~","胡椒盐 适量","泰式酱料 一匙","摆饰~ ~","生菜 2片","番茄 半颗","玉米粒 适量","柠檬片 2片"
做法

1: 主材料~大头鲢鱼身请鱼贩把刺挑掉.方便食用.切大小事宜的薄片

2: 热开水将咖哩块拌匀.当醃酱.醃酱~咖哩酱+米酒+胡椒粉...放冷藏醃2-3个钟头

3: 准备~蛋液和地瓜粉...先沾蛋液在沾地瓜粉.等地瓜粉些许反潮.就可以下锅炸囉!!

4: 油温~180度左右.用木筷子试油温也可以.筷子放进去边边有起泡泡就可下锅炸.用中火...记得下锅炸不要一下就搅动它.这样很容易沾黏喔!!

5: 摆上生菜沙拉.挤上柠檬汁.沾泰式酱吃好清爽~
