(免油炸)香酥嫩鸡凯撒沙拉

"鸡里肌 6条","粗玉米粉 适量","萝蔓 1颗","黑胡椒 适量","帕马森起司 适量","橄榄油 适量","盐 适量","胡椒 适量","蒜末 1瓣","美奶滋 80g","蒜末 2瓣","鳀鱼切碎 2~3条","酸豆末 5颗","白酒醋 少许","第戎芥末酱 1/2小匙"
做法

1: 鸡里肌以醃料醃半小时,均匀沾上粗玉米粉,以平底锅加适量橄榄油煎熟即可

2: 萝蔓洗净沥干,将凯撒酱所有材料拌匀 取适量凯撒酱与萝蔓拌匀,配上煎好的鸡肉,撒上黑胡椒,刨上帕马森起司就完成了!
