茶香啤酒卤鸡腿
材料
"鸡腿 2只","板豆腐 200g","有机干香菇(5朵) 6g","白萝卜 90g","红萝卜 90g","红茶包 2包","啤酒(1瓶) 330ml","酱油 50cc","米酒 1大匙","水 400cc","葱(1根) 20g","姜(6片) 20g","蒜 2瓣","冰糖 10g",
做法

1: 食材准备 :1.如果使用冷冻鸡腿肉,记得完全退冰;鸡腿用叉子平均刺洞2.葱切长段;姜切片;萝卜切块;干香菇泡软

2: 鸡腿去腥&杂质 :另准备一锅水(食材外份量),水快滚前加入3片姜.米酒.鸡腿,滚后捞出鸡腿备用

3: 电锅内依序放入萝卜.鸡腿.豆腐.香菇,再放入葱.姜及蒜;加入啤酒1瓶.酱油.水.红茶包

4: 盖上汤物吸油纸;外锅放入2量米杯水(食材外份量),等电锅开关跳起
