自制黑胡椒牛排酱
材料
"洋葱 1/10","蒜头 2瓣","油 1小匙","酱油 0.5大匙","粗黑胡椒粉 1茶匙","糖 1茶匙","米酒 0.5大匙","太白粉 适量","盐 0.5茶匙","无盐奶油 510g","水 150cc",
做法

1: 锅子热好以后放入油,先将洋葱炒至半透明状,接着将蒜头、黑胡椒和盐丢入继续炒到黑胡椒香味出来且洋葱变透明为止

2: 继续将水、无盐奶油、米酒、酱油放入锅中煮到滚

3: 锅中的酱料滚后,即可开始放入太白粉做勾芡并依个人喜好调整浓稠度,待锅再次滚后即完成了这道酱汁
