日式汉堡排
材料
洋葱Onion 1/2颗(pc),植物油canolaoil 1小匙(tsp),绞牛肉groundbeef 1/2磅(lb),绞猪肉groundpork 1/2磅(lb),蛋egg 1颗,面包粉breadcrumbs 1/2杯(cup),盐salt 1/4小匙(tsp),黑胡椒blackpepper 少许Some,水Water 1/2杯(cup)
做法
1、洋葱切碎Chopped onion.
2、将洋葱炒软,分成两份,一半先放旁边,另一半放进搅拌盆.Sauté onion until soft and then cool it down completely. Split into 2 parts.
3、用手将以下材料捏匀: 洋葱,绞牛肉,绞猪肉,盐,蛋和面包粉.Mix by hand: onion, ground beef, ground pork, salt, ground pepper, egg and breadcrumbs.
4、取1份以双手来回拍打让空气排出, 将每份肉团如法炮制.Tossing mixtures from left to right hand a couple of times in order to release the air inside for all patties.
5、热锅后将肉排以大火煎至焦黄.Pan-fried one side of the patties until it become medium to dark brown and form a crust on high heat.
6、转至中火候,将水倒入锅中关上盖子煮至汉堡排全熟Turn the heat down, pour the water into the pan and cook with the lid closed for 2 minus or the patties are completely cooked.
7、汉堡排翻面继续煎至焦黄Flip the Hamburger and continue cooking until browned
8、取出汉堡排Take the hamburgers out and set aside.
9、酱料:在同一个锅里加入另一半洋葱,酱油和黑胡椒.炒约一分钟左右.Sauce: Add the rest of the onion into the same pan, add soy sauce and ground pepper and cook for a minus or so.
10、汉堡排盛盘淋上酱料Put the hamburgers onto a plate and pour sauce on top
