家常炒冬粉
材料
"绞肉 100g","冬粉 2把","姜 2片","蒜头 2瓣","洋葱 1/4个","胡萝卜 1/5条","高丽菜 1/6个","青葱 1根","豆瓣酱 1大匙","酱油 1~2大匙","白胡椒粉 少许",

2:冬粉先泡软,洋葱、胡萝卜切丝,高丽菜切小块,蒜头及姜切末,葱切段

3:锅中添油炒香绞肉再下蒜末、姜末快炒,最后加入洋葱及胡萝卜丝拌炒

4:加入豆瓣酱及酱油.白胡椒粉炒香

5:锅中加入一杯量米杯水(200cc),续放冬粉.葱段及高丽菜,这时用筷子搅拌拨散,不用担心水不够,待会冬粉及高丽菜都会软化

6:渐渐拌到食材软化冬粉都吸附酱汁了就可以熄火,起锅前洒点香油提香即可~
