芝麻豆乳锅
材料
"大白菜 半颗","金针菇 1包","红萝卜 半条","大葱 1支","豆腐 1盒","火锅肉片 1盒","无糖豆浆 600ml","柴鱼昆布高汤 400ml","香菇酱油 3匙","味淋 3匙","白味噌 1匙","清酒 3匙","磨过的白芝麻 1匙","白芝麻 1匙"
做法

1:像吃猪排饭一样,把白芝麻磨一磨备用

2:准备各种想吃的食材

3:锅内放柴鱼昆布高汤,加入香菇酱油、味醂、白味噌、清酒、白芝麻、磨过的白芝麻,最后再加入无糖豆浆

4:加入豆浆后就转小火,然后加入蔬菜一起煮,快好的时候,再加入肉片煮熟就完成了
