椰汁咖哩炒肉片
材料
"猪肉片 280克","洋葱 半颗","咖哩块 1块","咖哩粉 0.5大匙","酱油膏 0.5大匙","糖 少许","水 200cc","椰浆 2大匙","酱油 2/3大匙","太白粉 0.5大匙","米酒 0.5大匙","沙拉油 1大匙",
做法

1:先将梅花猪肉薄片,用肉片醃料抓匀醃渍(大概20-30分钟)

2:锅内下少许油热锅,将醃好的肉片炒至7-8分熟捞起滴油

3:锅子洗净擦干后,下一点油热锅,将切好的洋葱丁炒至有点软,接着下咖哩块.咖哩粉.酱油膏.糖,拌炒一下

4:序下水,小火煮至滚
