"真粒米 150g","杏鲍菇 60g","木耳 30g","红萝卜 10g","熟鹌鹑蛋 5颗","蒜头 2瓣","红葱头 1个","香油 2茶匙","酱油 25ml","粽叶 数片","棉绳 数条",
做法

1:真粒米:水(1:0.8)煮好备用。杏鲍菇、木耳、红萝卜切碎川烫捞起沥干备用(去除部分钾离子)。

2:香油将红葱头炒香,放入米饭及杏鲍菇、木耳、红萝卜拌炒再放入橘生酱油

3:将步骤2.及鹌鹑蛋包入粽叶压紧实棉绳绑紧。入电锅蒸15分钟完成
