泰式凉拌皮蛋
材料
"皮蛋 3颗","辣椒末 1茶匙","蒜末 1大匙","香菜末 1大匙","牛番茄 1大颗","洋葱 1/2颗","柠檬汁 2大匙","鱼露 1.5大匙","酱油 1大匙","糖 2大匙","乌醋 1大匙",
做法

1:将洋葱切丝放入水中浸泡15分钟去辛辣味(换水2-3次),皮蛋切4等份备用,牛番茄切圆片状

2:将鱼露、酱油、糖、乌醋、柠檬汁等酱汁搅拌均匀,加入蒜末、香菜末/九层塔、辣椒末

3:盛盘顺序,先将牛番茄片铺于盘底,在放上洋葱丝,接着皮蛋,最后淋上酱汁,放到冰箱1-2小时即可
