茄汁干烧明虾
材料
"明虾 400g","葱 1支","姜 1小块","蒜头 3颗","番茄酱 2大匙","辣豆瓣酱 1.5大匙","高汤 50c.c","酒酿 1大匙","糖 1大匙","米酒 1大匙","白醋 少许","香油 少许",
做法

1:姜蒜切末,蒜头拍扁,虾子开背去肠泥备用

2:热油锅将虾炸熟后沥掉多余的油,取出备用

3:用锅底余油爆香姜末和蒜末之后,倒入豆瓣酱、番茄酱炒香,并倒入高汤、酒酿、糖拌匀

4:放入炸好的虾煨煮并将酱汁不断淋在明虾上

5:待酱汁收干后加入米酒、醋和香油提味,最后起锅洒上葱花
