糖醋鱼片
材料
"鱼片 250g","洋葱 1/2","青椒 3个","红萝卜 1/3","片栗粉(太白粉) 2T","油 约半锅","白胡椒 1t","盐 1t","全蛋 1","片栗粉(太白粉) 2t","番茄酱 2T","糖 2T","醋 2T","酒 2t","酱油 1t","水 100cc","姜片 1","大蒜 1",
做法

1:洋葱 青椒 切大片 红萝卜切薄片。大蒜 姜片切碎备用

2:鱼片放入大碗里加入”醃鱼的料“ 抓一抓

3:在大盘子里倒入2T的片栗粉 (太白粉)鱼片裹上粉之后下油锅 (约150度)鱼片下完后加入红萝卜 洋葱和青椒 (油大约要半锅,我的油比较少就需要把食材翻面)

4:约30秒后把油沥出 放旁边

5:锅子(同一个锅子含有少许油)放入姜 和大蒜末爆香 加入”糖醋酱“ 稍微拌炒10秒左右放入鱼片 洋葱 青椒红萝卜翻炒收汁
