1:板豆腐压重物去除水分。洋葱、红萝卜、青椒、香菇切末。面包粉泡牛奶。在深碗或锅子将所有食材与调味料拌匀,压揉将空气挤出。捏制适量大小的圆饼状,在烘焙纸上涂油避免沾黏,200度烤20分钟,可以直接吃,或可再煎过,口感会更加酥脆。
