综合糖醋鸡丁
材料
"去骨鸡胸肉 1/2块","红甜椒 1/4颗","黄甜椒 1/4颗","青椒 1/2颗","蒜头 2颗","凤梨片(留汤) 2片","葱 12根","蕃茄酱 2大匙","白醋 2大匙","糖 2大匙","乌醋 1/2匙","太白粉或玉米粉 1匙","凤梨汤汁 适量","全蛋液 1/3","太白粉或玉米粉 1匙","酱油 适量",
做法

1:葱切段。大蒜切末。三色椒斜切块。(凤梨切片)。鸡肉切块。

2:醃肉:蛋液1/3,酱油,太白粉(或玉米粉),抓醃。

3:调甜醋酱:依照材料上所写调匀。起油锅,热油。油多一点(取代过油的动作)(大约两汤匙)。鸡肉、三椒下去扮炒一下。多余的油不要,盛起备用。

4:加沙拉油,蕃茄酱,葱段、大蒜末,炒香。加入糖醋汁煮到浓稠,倒入鸡肉和三椒扮炒一下起锅(可用筷子刺鸡肉,可穿过就是熟了)。
