简易版广东炒面
材料
"蛋黄面 1份","青江菜 1株","干香菇 2朵","花枝(泡发干鱿鱼) 1尾","洋葱 半颗","猪肉 1人份","金针菇 1人份","蛋 1颗","鱼板 1人份","酱油 2匙","太白粉 少许"
做法

1:将鸡蛋面煮熟放凉,加入鸡蛋拌匀后,用平锅煎

2:放入洋葱跟干香菇炒香,放入猪肉跟花枝炒,加水放入酱油调味,滚一下后放入花枝

3:待东西熟后,调太白粉水勾芡

4:将煎过的面切成4-6等份,将菜淋到面上
