"蛤犡 15~20个","筊白笋 2~3根","海带芽or紫菜 一小把","芦笋 一把","粗火腿 半根","鲜味炒手or盐 2~3匙","米 1杯","胡椒粉 少许","太白粉 1/3饭碗","蛋黄 1个","鲜味炒手or盐 1匙","鲣鱼露or酱油 1汤匙","筊白笋丁 一小把",
做法

1:(猪肉丸)1.绞肉加入蛋黄.太白粉.筊白笋丁与调料拌匀摔打至有黏性2.手沾水取绞肉塑形(沾水可防止塑形时绞肉沾黏)。(备料)1.蛤犡吐沙加1米杯水煮开成高汤.蛤犡肉挑出备用2.筊白笋切丁.海带芽or紫菜泡发3.火腿切片.芦笋切段。(配料)1.芦笋起水锅烫熟2.火腿片入烤箱烤约10~15分钟撒上胡椒粉3.肉丸入电锅半杯水蒸熟。(炊饭)1.米洗净后加盐.备用高汤.泡发紫菜.筊白笋丁后一杯水电锅蒸熟2.跳起后开锅拌匀再加盖闷10分。摆盘组装完成
