菠萝咕噜肉
材料
"腩排 1斤","三色椒 各半只","红洋葱 1/4个","菠萝 4片","生粉 适量","蛋 1只","生抽 2汤羮","糖 1茶匙","油 少许","茄汁 5汤羮","糖 3茶匙","醋 3.5汤羮","水 50ml","生粉 1茶匙","水(打芡) 少许",
做法

1:腩排(有一点点肥肉)洗干净,用调味料醃半小时;三色椒、红洋葱和菠萝切件备用;准备蛋浆和生粉各放一个盆内,将腩排先沾上蛋浆再沾生粉,然后放在一边继续做另外的腩排件;

2:热油镬炸熟沾好粉的腩排,然后放在厨房纸上吸一吸油备用;用回此镬(只须放少许油), 依次序爆香红洋葱和三色椒,然后盛起备用;

3:开煮甜酸酱汁,将所有材料(除左生粉和水)一起倒入镬内煮滚,然后才将生粉加水打个芡;

4:转细火,将腩排回镬先兜均,再放入三色椒、红洋葱和菠萝一起兜一兜便完成上碟
