虾干墨鱼滑酿豆卜煲

材料

"节瓜 2个","虾干 2汤羮","粉丝 1细包","墨鱼滑 4両","豆卜14粒 开半","清鸡汤 400ml","水 250ml","盐 1茶匙","红葱头 半粒切片",

做法

  1. step1

    1:节瓜去皮切丝,虾干洗干净用热水浸软,粉丝用热水浸软备用,豆卜切开一半然后酿上墨鱼滑;

  2. step2

    2:红葱头和虾干落镬爆香,加入节瓜、清鸡汤和水煮5分钟左右,可以加入豆卜墨鱼滑再煮5分钟,然后落盐最后加入粉丝煮3分钟,熄火焗2-3分钟食得
