"猪肋排 1斤","红萝卜 1条","葱 2支","辣椒 2支","蒜头 5颗","水 1碗","蕃茄酱 2大匙","酱油 2大匙","糖 1茶匙","黑醋米酒 1大匙","五香粉 半茶匙","肉桂 1/3小匙","白胡椒粉 半茶匙","甘草粉 半茶匙",

做法

  1. step1

    1:锅中倒入少许油将肋排煸至表面金黄

  2. step2

    2:将所有辛香料倒入步骤一爆香翻炒再加入红萝卜

  3. step3

    3:倒入两大匙的蕃茄酱炒匀

  4. step4

    4:依续倒入酱油,及所有调味料中小火翻炒拌匀

  5. step5

    5:最后倒入一碗水煮滚后小火炖煮至收汁完成
