九层酱辣炒猪肉丁
材料
"猪肉(切大丁) 600克","胡萝卜丁 1条","洋葱丁 半颗(大)","蒜瓣 2","朝天椒 6","九层塔 三大把","老抽 1大匙","鱼露 1大匙","料酒 1大匙","糖 1/4小匙","蚝油 1大匙","水 2大匙"
做法

1:将蒜, 辣椒, 一大把九层塔以石臼捣碎成九层塔酱及炒好胡萝卜丁盛起备用

2:用炒胡萝卜丁的油炒香九层塔酱, 放入猪肉丁炒至肉丁上色

3:加入酱汁及一碗水煮开, 转小火略煮, 加入洋葱丁及胡萝卜丁续煮至略收汁

4:起锅前加入二大把九层塔略炒即可出锅
