虾胶酿鸡翼

材料

"全翼 4只","玉米 2~3大匙"," 6只","生粉 3~4大匙","芫茜 1棵","蜜糖水 2~3大匙","胡椒 1小匙","老抽 1/4小匙","盐 1/3小匙","糖 1小匙","酱油(生抽) 1小匙","料酒 1小匙","鱼露 1小匙","生粉 1小匙","胡椒粉 半小匙","盐 1/4小匙","糖 半小匙","料酒 1小匙","麻油 半小匙","生粉 半小匙",

做法

  1. step1

    1:鸡全翼洗净抹乾,切去鸡锤后起骨,加入醃料拌匀,醃最少30分钟

  2. step2

    2:虾去头去壳,挑肠,之后放上厨房纸印干水份后放入雪柜1小时

  3. step3

    3:之后可雪好的虾肉拿出来,用刀拍散,再轻轻用刀背剁碎,放入碗中

    4:加入虾胶醃料,用4支筷子快䜣以同一方向搅3分钟,再拿起挞十数次至起胶

  5. step5

    5:芫茜洗净切碎,与玉米一起加入虾胶拌匀

  6. step6

    6:之后把虾胶酿入鸡翼,切口用牙签封实

  7. step7

    7:预热焗炉200度扑上生粉,放入焗炉烤20分钟之后拿出来扫上蜜糖水,再入炉5分钟即成
