有机Q梅海老臭豆腐
材料
"有机Q梅 5颗","臭豆腐 3块","鲜白虾 12只","鸡蛋 2颗","面粉 适量","面包粉 适量","盐 1/4小匙","水 1杯","有机Q梅 4大匙","蕃茄酱 2大匙","太白粉水 1大匙","香油 适量",
做法

1:备妥食材~

2:将每块豆腐对切后再从中剖切,一分为四,切好备用~

3:白虾去头、壳,从背部切蝴蝶刀,挑去肠泥,洗净~

4:将豆腐沾上面粉,取一只白虾贴上豆腐再沾上一层薄面粉,如图沾上蛋液(加入1/4小匙盐),最后沾上面粉过三关,依序将食材做完~

5:起油锅,炸至金黄,捞出,沥干油分,盛入盘中备用~

6:将油倒出,倒入酱汁所需食材煮开,放入有机Q梅(台东的清亮农场有机Q梅,是挑选六分熟青梅经杀菁去涩程序后,加糖醃渍而成,保有梅的Q软度极富酸甜溢蜜滋味)略煮~

7:最后用太白粉勾芡,起锅前淋上香油调味~

8:上桌前将有机Q梅酱汁淋上海老臭豆腐即可
