蒜香味噌猪肉片
材料
"梅花猪肉火锅片 300g","洋葱 1/2颗","蒜头 4颗","葱 1根","辣椒 1根","水 60cc","酱油 1茶匙","米酒 1茶匙","味噌 1茶匙","味噌 1茶匙","米酒 1大匙"
做法

1:洋葱去膜切丝;蒜头去膜切片;葱洗净切段;辣椒洗净去籽切丝;猪肉片加入醃料抓匀备用。

2:炒锅倒入少许油,将洋葱丝炒至略呈焦糖色,再放入蒜片拌炒后加入调味料及水煮沸。

3:将作法1的猪肉片放入翻炒,起锅前放入葱段及辣椒丝,大火拌炒至略收汁即可。
