电锅版佛跳墙
材料
"大白菜 1大颗","下港排骨酥 1斤","炸蒜头 15颗","炸芋头 1颗","炸鸟蛋 30颗","笋丝 1斤","海篸 1斤","鱼皮 1斤","鲍鱼 8颗","蹄筋 1斤","红枣 15颗","香菇 9朵","大蒜 2支","虾米 1大匙","辣椒 1支","水 适量","调味白胡椒粉 多","调味酱油 适量","调味乌醋 少许","调味米酒 少许",
做法

1:备料如图~事前食材一定要一一备齐,这样后续才会轻松!图为3盅佛跳墙分量

2:依序将蒜头、芋头、鸟蛋炸过 备用(鸟蛋有些人会沾粉炸到金黄)PS:这三样炸过会比较香,鸟蛋也不容易坏,如果真的很懒,其实不炸也可以。

3:再把大白菜铺底,依序放入排骨酥、笋丝、海产类、香菇、红枣、芋头、鸟蛋、蒜头,再注入约6~7分满水

4:外锅约2米量杯水上锅盖进行炖煮PS:(因为要突显食材进行拍摄,所以将食材放的满满的,一般不要放这么多,约7分满即可)

5:大约炖煮20分钟后,可开盖加入[调味]再盖上上盖续炖煮至电源跳起

6:是不是很简单呢?其实最主要是食材准备需要些时间,其他通通丢入电锅内炖煮即可~
