"橄榄油 少许","洋葱碎 1/4颗","蒜头碎 3颗","虾子去壳 3只","干贝 2颗","淡菜去壳 3只","花枝切条 3朵","白葡萄酒 少许","米洗净 180G","鱼高汤 400G","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","起士粉 30G"

1:蒜头切碎

2:洋葱去皮去头,切碎

3:热锅热油下蒜头洋葱碎,下月桂叶两片

4:花枝切条

5:虾子去壳开背去肠泥。

6:下海鲜料除了蛤蜊

7:米饭加高汤约高出米一公分高度

8:捞起海鲜料,改下蛤蜊在下少许白酒水至蛤蜊开后捞起,在下米和水煮滚。

9:先把米水煮到收汁,烤箱预热160度,进去烤至熟

10:米饭如没全熟可再加少许水与海鲜料拌匀,盛盘前要把月桂叶挑起来。
