中式红蔾麦片早餐 (咸)
材料
"红蔾 1米杯","燕麦 2米杯","水 2.5-3米杯","小白菜 3株","豌豆 少许","红萝卜 适量","杏鲍菇 1个","酱油 1大匙","红酒醋或黑醋 1大匙","盐 1小匙","七味粉 1小匙","蛋 3个"
做法

1:红蔾放在滤网,在水龙头下冲洗,不必用手搓洗

2:放入电锅内锅,加入燕麦,再加入水盖过红蔾、燕麦即可,约2.5-3米杯;电锅外锅半米杯水,按下煮饭键
