罗宋炒牛肉附菠菜面疙瘩
材料
"奶油 少许","洋葱丝 50g","红葱头片 2颗","酸黄瓜丝 30g","蘑菇片 3朵","牛肉条 300克","红葡萄酒 1小匙","面粉 20克","牛骨肉汁 200毫升","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许","酸奶油 1茶匙","菠菜叶 60克","水 少许","高筋面粉 120克","牛奶 80毫升","盐 少许","白胡椒粉 少许"
做法

1:菠菜叶跟梗拔掉 留菠菜叶 再川烫泡冰水

2:再用搅拌机打成泥,需加一点水,倒出来准备面粉和牛奶加点水,胡椒粉,盐 一起搅拌均匀

3:煮水滚关小火,菠菜面疙瘩过滤下锅小火煮熟,拌点油不会黏,再用平底锅,加奶油,小火炒一下即可。

4:放点奶油,牛肉片需煎一下,再放洋葱,红葱头,炒香,下洋菇片,加点高汤,再小火煮

5:煮好后摆盘,再加点酸奶完成
