泰式凉拌海鲜粉丝沙拉
材料
"粉丝 1小包","虾仁 100g","猪肉片 5片","洋葱 半颗","莴笋 4片","甜椒 2/1","青椒 24/1","小蕃茄 5颗","芹菜 适量","九层塔 适量","鱼露 4","糖 3","蜂蜜 1","白醋 4","辣椒 2","蒜末 4","柠檬汁 1整颗"
做法

1:先把粉丝泡水 其他备料切好备用虾仁 猪肉片(我是用里肌肉切片)切洋葱泡丝水去辣味莴苣 甜椒青椒 小蕃茄 九层塔

2:水煮透粉丝再加入甜椒青椒跟虾仁猪肉片川烫沥干

3:做酱汁全部都一比一只是我加蜂蜜跟白砂糖要辣就进锅子煮 怕辣就不用

4:煮完加柠檬汁

5:然后再把全部拌一起送进冰箱~~~(抱歉忘了蕃茄跟九层塔 之后补加)
