番茄鸡蛋面
材料
"香油 少许","鸡蛋 2颗","牛番茄 2颗","姜末15g 1大匙","番茄酱 2大匙","酱油 1大匙","滚水 3杯","糖 5g","白胡椒 少许","葱2根 15g","面条 150g","盐巴 少许",
做法

1:锅子放少许香油,加入打散的蛋液,炒熟后盛出,备用。

2:倒入番茄,加少许香油,拌炒一下,姜末、番茄酱、酱油

3:倒3杯滚水

4:水滚后加入炒好的蛋

5:加糖、白胡椒粉

6:煮一锅热水,水滚后加少许的盐巴,放入面条煮到熟

7:汤滚后,蛋打散淋上去,就关火即可盛碗
