栗子焖鸡
材料
"去骨鸡腿 300克","栗子肉 15","香菇 8朵","姜片 6片","红葱头 3粒","大蒜 2瓣","葱白 2支","蚝油 1大匙","酱油 1小匙","糖 1大匙","盐 1/2小匙","胡椒粉 1/2小匙","绍兴酒 1大匙","胡麻油 1大匙"
做法

1:鸡腿肉切块状, 栗子肉洗净, 香菇泡水, 姜切片状, 红葱头切珠状, 大蒜切片状备用

2:用胡麻油小火爆香姜片

3:再加入红葱头, 大片爆香, 最后加葱白

4:加入栗子肉, 香菇拌炒,

5:再加入鸡肉, 加水淹过食材去焖煮约20分钟后, 再大火收汁, 让食材可充分吸附酱汁更入味. (鸡肉可先干煸过)
