浓醇香卤肉

材料

"五花肉 一斤"," 三颗","豆干 三块","蒜头 一颗","黄砂糖 一匙","冰糖 一匙","酱油 一匙","酱油膏 两匙","料理酒 一匙","水 两碗小瓷碗","五香粉 一小匙",

做法

  1. step1

    1:1.猪肉干锅煎,等两面成金黄色把猪肉拿起,炒好的猪油用(黄砂糖、砂糖)炒黏稠2.等至有点黏稠后,加猪肉下锅继续拌炒,再下(五香粉)炒两分钟

  2. step2

    2:3.把所有调味料加进去锅子里开小火炖煮4.等汤汁有点黏稠、卤蛋都上色后即可完成
