酒店式烧牛肉
材料

做法

1:牛柳原条不用切,冲干净,抹干❴因今次买回来的牛柳太粗又太短,所以我唯有将它切了一半,所以才会这样形状,分了两节,平时原条牛柳做便可以❵

2:用煮食用的绵绳綑,把牛柳扎好,令牛柳呈圆形,煎时不会变形

3:扎好的牛柳均匀涂上蒜蓉、盐、黑椒碎

4:并包上保鲜纸醃15分钟

5:下油烧热平底镬,用中小火,略为煎至每边微焦

6:混合酱汁(红酒、喼汁、万字酱油、砂糖),放入锅中煮滚。加入牛柳转小火,盖锅盖煮4分钟

7:反转加盖再煮4分钟,熄火焗30分钟

8:上碟,就完成啦
