三鲜烩饭

"蒜头 4瓣","烩饭料:肉片.香菇片.虾子.透抽.胡萝卜片.高丽菜 适量","青葱段 2支","盐 适量","美极鲜味露 2大匙","香油 少许","乌醋 少许","白胡椒 少许","太白粉 1大匙","白饭 4碗","白胡椒 少许","太白粉 少许","美极鲜味露 1小匙",

2:肉片先用醃肉料醃拌

3:锅中放油以小火先爆香蒜头和香菇,续加肉片拌炒至5分熟

4:再放入虾子.透抽.胡萝卜片.高丽菜稍拌炒,加水至食材2/3的高度

5:作法4.放2大匙的美极鲜味露及塩调味

6:最后将1大匙的太白粉调水勾芡,起锅前加青葱段,淋一些香油.乌醋.白胡椒,盛白饭将三鲜酱淋上即可
