BBQ猪肋排佐鲜蔬

材料

"猪肋排 10根","盐 1大匙","黑糖 1.5大匙","蒜末 1大匙","胡椒 1匙","洋葱末 半颗","百里香 适量","匈牙利红椒粉 1大匙","蜂蜜 1大匙","苹果泥 1/4颗","烧肉酱 3大匙","番茄酱 1.5大匙","黑醋 2大匙","马铃薯 1颗","洋葱 半颗","胡萝卜 2颗","番茄 2颗","大蒜 3颗","圆茄 1颗","青椒 1颗","花椰菜 半颗","综合香料 1匙","盐 1匙","橄榄油 1大匙","胡椒 1匙"

做法

  1. step1

    1:制作醃料干料先准备好份量备用其余湿料用容器混合均匀备用

  2. step2

    2:猪肋排洗净后擦乾,将筋膜去除后备用

  3. step3

    3:马杀鸡猪肋排将所有醃料混合涂满猪肋排,顺便按摩让肉入味

  4. step4

    4:放入冷藏4~5小时取出后包覆锡箔纸

  5. 5:烤箱预热150℃,烘烤2小时烤前将猪肋排的醃料用小碗装起来,每烤30分钟涂醃料一次

  6. step6

    6:义式鲜蔬蔬菜洗净切块,撒盐+胡椒+综合香料,最后淋上橄榄油覆蓋锡箔纸,在猪肋排剩1小时放入一起烤
