梅粉拔丝芭乐

材料

"燕巢珍珠芭乐 一颗"," 一茶匙","面粉 3大匙","小黄瓜 适量","番茄 适量","低筋面粉30G ","太白粉10G ","水80G ","酵母粉2G ","水20G ","砂糖50G ","麦芽糖 一大匙",

做法

    1:粉浆拌匀

    3:加入梅粉拌匀

    4:再沾上一层干面粉,拍除多余的粉

    5:沾上粉浆

    6:中低油温放入5,用中大火炸至表面微黄取出,再用高温油大火炸至酥脆

    7:另外一个锅子将糖浆用中小火煮至起泡觉得浓稠滑顺即可

    8:如果不知道掌握,可以关火放凉一点,将糖浆拉起看到丝状即可,不够可以开火再煮一会

    9:倒入炸好的芭乐

    10:搅拌均匀

    11:装盘,依个人喜欢沾水食用
