香浓泰式冬荫功汤
材料
"鲜虾 8~10只","冬荫功酱 2汤匙","水 4杯","蕃茄 2个","秀珍菇 1碗","鱼露 1汤匙","糖 半茶匙","花奶 2~5汤匙","青柠(榨汁) 1个","香芧 2条","南姜 5~7片","柠檬叶 5~7片","干葱(红葱头) 2颗","指天椒 2~4条",

3:材料切片切段~柠檬叶撕细~虾剪须去肠~虾头剪开备用~

4:烧热锅,加少许油,爆香干葱粒~

5:加入虾头爆香~

6:加入水、冬荫功酱料包煮沸, 然后加盖煮5分钟~

7:加入香芧段、南姜片、辣椒粒、柠檬叶,中火煮8-10分钟至出香味~

8:加入秀珍菇及蕃茄煮5分钟, 再加入鲜虾煮2分钟~

9:加入鱼露、糖、花奶拌匀,大滚后熄火, 加入青柠汁拌匀,可享用~~~
