菇仔煎
材料
"雪白菇 半包","鸡蛋 一颗","小白菜 一小把","葱花或韭菜 适量","地瓜粉 1大匙","低筋面粉 1大匙","太白粉 1茶匙","水 4大匙","盐 一小撮","海山酱 1大匙","蕃茄酱 1大匙","味淋 1茶匙","开水(可省略) 少许",

1:简单食材准备好

2:雪白菇底部去除对切稍撕小朵,小白菜洗净切段,打颗蛋备用

3:简易沾酱先调好…沾酱材料全拌匀…可加少许水稀释…可依个人口味增减

4:粉浆材料全部加一起拌匀放入葱花

5:热锅约一大匙油拌炒雪白菇稍微软化

6:粉浆下锅前要搅拌均匀直接淋上去

7:蛋倒入用锅铲摊开蛋液…青菜放上

8:对折煎至双面金黄色即可…淋上酱汁就ok囉~
