鲜肉竹笋香菇包子

材料

"中筋面粉 600g","水or鲜奶 330g","奶粉 30g","糖 30g","橄榄油 30g","酵母 10g","小竹笋 3-4根","猪绞肉 200g","香菇 20朵","葱 5根","酱油 3大匙","胡椒粉 20g","鲜粉 1小匙","麻油 1大匙","姜泥 30g"

做法

  1. step1

    1:所有面团食材放进钢盆搅拌10分钟发酵ㄧ小时至两倍大之后分团ㄧ个@70g大概做15颗

  2. step2

    2:竹笋先切小丁 煮熟备用香菇用些许油 炒香 备用绞肉加入调味料 搅拌至有黏性在放入香菇 竹笋丁最后加入葱花@一颗内馅 50g
