菠菜面疙瘩汤
材料
"A~面疙瘩食材: 4","中筋面粉 400g","盐 1/4小匙","菠菜 200g","水 300g","B~面疙瘩汤食材: 6","梅花肉丝 150g","干香菇 10g","虾米 2大匙","牛番茄 2颗","葱段 40g","高丽菜 200g","调味料: 4","鸡粉 1小匙","盐 1/2小匙","胡椒粉 1/4小匙","米酒 1大匙"
做法

1:A【面疙瘩作法】:❶菠菜洗净,加水放调理机打成泥

2:❷过滤菜渣,取汁200g

3:❸面粉加盐、菠菜汁用筷子搅匀

4:❹揉成团,盖上盆子醒10分钟

5:❺面团搓成长条后切小段

6:❻煮一锅热水,维持小火,一手拿面条,一手拉开成一块块面片,丢入锅中

7:❼烫至浮出水面,捞起沥水后拌少许油备用
