火爆肥肠
材料
"市售卤大肠 200g","杏鲍菇 100g","玉米笋 50g","甜豆 60g","蒜头 2瓣","干辣椒 10g","红萝卜 少许","酱油膏 1大匙","糖 1小匙","米酒 2大匙","水 少许","香油 少许"
做法

1:准备材料

2:锅内加一小匙油,将大肠斜切放入锅内煎,盛出将油沥干备用

3:甜豆、玉米笋、红萝卜放入水中汆烫至熟,沥干备用

4:杏鲍菇去尾部后切片,放入锅内煎香

5:将肥肠及烫熟的青菜放入锅内加入调味调拌匀即可
