洋葱大蒜炖鱼
材料
"旗鱼片 250g","青椒 1/3颗","红椒 1/3颗","黄椒 1/3颗","洋葱 1/2颗","蒜头 4颗","调味素蚝油膏 1大匙","调味米酒 适量","调味二号砂糖 1中匙","义大利面酱 5大匙","醃料辣椒盐 少许","醃料地瓜粉 适量","醃料香油 少许",
做法

1:备料如图~旗鱼块切成小块,以[醃料]醃渍约15分钟,其他配料食材切成小块状

2:醃渍的鱼块沾上地瓜粉

3:放入少许热油以香煎的方式煎至两面金黄备用

4:另外运用剩余热油,放入蒜头煸香,再将彩椒及洋葱块入锅炒香

5:放入约5大匙CLASSICO义大利面酱-洋葱大蒜口味转小火滚煮

6:再加入[调味]酱料拌匀烹煮1分钟即可~
