糖醋酱炸鸡块
材料
"鸡胸肉 1块","鸡蛋 1颗","面粉 约1碗量","面包粉 约1碗量","蒜头 3~5颗","酱油 1大匙","白胡椒粉 少许","太白粉 1大匙","水 2大匙","蕃茄酱 3大匙","白醋或果醋 2大匙","水 3大匙","糖 2小匙","柠檬 半颗",
做法

1:食材大集合1. 鸡胸肉切薄片以蒜头、酱油和少许白胡椒粉菸至少30分钟

2:番茄酱3大匙、白醋或果醋2大匙、糖2小匙、水3大匙置于碗内拌匀,倒入锅内煮滚,再以太白粉水勾芡至浓稠关火,最后挤入半颗柠檬汁即完成糖醋酱

3:鸡肉醃渍30分后取出蒜头、依序沾面粉、蛋液、面包粉

4:油锅烧热后以中火炸鸡块至表面金黄酥脆即可
