做法

1:备料~清洗所有材料(可水洗)

2:蒜头~红葱头~辣椒切碎(可用调理机)

3:起油锅依序炸材料(蒜头~红葱头~辣椒~干虾仁~小鱼干)

4:再热锅放入150gㄉ油.以及炸好ㄉ食材加入调味料煮至滚(泡沫需捞掉)即可

5:趁热入瓶~方便保存~好吃ㄉxo酱出炉囉
