沙茶海鲜冰花饺
材料
"水饺 8颗","虾仁. 150g","蟹脚肉 150g","花枝 1只","鱼浆 200g","柴鱼片 20g","扁鱼 20g","黑木耳 1片","红萝卜 1/3条","酱油 1T","味淋 1T","糖 1/2T","盐 适量","白胡椒 少许","乌醋 1T","沙茶酱 1T","油葱酥 1T",
做法

1:海鲜部分用盐水清洗保持脆度

2:所有食材~红萝卜 木耳切丝.扁鱼油炸过.海鲜拌入鱼浆加少许太白粉烫熟备用

3:准备一锅滚水把柴鱼片.扁鱼先下锅煮接着加红萝卜丝.木耳丝

4:加自制的油葱酥.酱油.味醂.糖.盐.胡椒做调味

5:放入海鲜转小火

6:用太白粉水勾芡 起锅前加沙茶酱.乌醋

7:同时间另一锅煎水饺 锅中一匙油放入水饺 加入面粉水1:10的比例盖锅煎至水份收干

8:盛入碗中盖上冰花煎饺 撒上葱花或香菜就完成囉!!
