"桂丁土鸡腿肉 1支","洋葱 1/2颗","马铃薯(小) 1颗","黄地瓜(小) 1条","红萝卜(小) 1条","鸿喜菇 1/3包","白芝麻 酌量","传统酱油 60CC","味霖 60CC","开水 30CC"
做法

1:准备好以上食材

2:1.马铃薯、地瓜、红萝卜削皮切滚刀➡️进电锅蒸(外锅1.5米杯水)2.洋葱切条3.酱汁调好备用

3:1.干锅鸡皮向锅底煎,逼出油脂(盖上锅盖帮助鸡肉熟成,记得每一面都要煎到)2.下蒸熟的马铃薯、地瓜、红萝卜及酱汁焖煮3.下洋葱焖煮(忘记跟鸡肉一起拌炒,才在此时下)4.洒上鸿喜菇盖锅盖焖熟关火起锅
