红藜糙米煲仔饭
材料
"小排骨 1.5斤","糙米 1.5杯","红藜麦 4/1杯","地瓜 1条","青花椰菜 半颗","盐 少许","糖 2匙","香油 2匙","酒 少许","蒜 3颗","酱油膏 1大匙","辣椒油 2匙","干豆鼓 1把","葱 1支","姜 1片",
做法

1:在小排骨加入醃肉调味拌匀后放冰箱备用

2:将糙米红藜洗净、泡20分钟

3:花椰菜洗净加酪梨油及盐川烫备用

4:将糙米及水=1:1.5放入锅中中火加热搅拌至水分被米粒吸收。

5:后转小火放入排骨、地瓜、盖锅煮20分钟,关火并闷15分钟即可。

6:开盖后加入葱搅拌均匀

7:可加荷包蛋对味
