当归松阪猪肉汤

"当归 2小片","川芎 2片","黄耆 4片","水 1000cc","松阪猪肉 6片","山莴笋叶 7片","米粉 1人份","盐 1小匙","花雕酒 1大匙","枸杞 少许","辣豆瓣酱 适量","姜丝 少许",
做法

1:当归、黄耆、川穹、水煮10分钟后,将当归等捞起剩清汤,加入盐、酒

2:将松板猪肉片、青菜烫熟后捞起

4:将米粉汤盛至碗中,加入松阪猪肉片、青菜、姜丝,再加一点枸杞泡30秒;加适量的辣豆瓣酱当猪肉沾酱,好呷!
