腐乳肉丝空心菜
材料
"空心菜 300g","猪肉丝 100g","蒜头 8~10颗","辣椒 1条","豆腐乳 1块","水 25cc","醋 1/2小匙","米酒 少许","酱油 1/2小匙","胡椒粉 1/4小匙","太白粉 1小匙"
做法

1:猪肉丝放入所有醃料,抓醃拌匀五分钟;空心菜洗净切段;豆腐乳压碎加水调匀

2:蒜末、辣椒、肉丝放入锅内拌炒至肉丝变色。

3:下空心菜大火拌炒半分钟

4:倒入腐乳汁、醋,翻炒一分钟即可盛盘
