诸事如意豚骨面
材料
"五木纯面煮意 1片","咸猪肉 70g","猪油葱 1大匙","葱花 1支","葱段 1支","香菜 1小株","青江菜 3株","大蒜片 1/2支","黑胡椒粉 少许","猪大骨 3支","番茄 1颗","水 800cc","盐 适量",
做法

1:备料如图

2:先将猪大骨略汆烫后,加入适量水份与番茄块小火熬煮40分钟后,将大骨取出只使用番茄汤头加盐调味备用

3:咸猪肉切薄片与葱段放入锅中香煎爆香,洒上黑胡椒粉

4:另外同时汆烫青江菜与滚煮五木纯面煮意

5:将面放入汤头,摆上青江菜

6:再放上油葱酥

7:最后摆上咸猪肉片及蒜片即可,咸香的咸猪肉片与茄香大骨汤拌面,大口享用大口满足!
