材料
"油 2大匙","台糖贰号砂糖 2大匙","八角 4-5颗","水 2杯","壶底油(较咸) 1杯","酱油(不死咸) 1杯","粗胡椒粉 适量","月桂叶 3-5片","姜 5片","香油 1.5大匙","米血 半块,切成一口大小","鸟蛋 超市买的,一盒","甜不辣 3-5片","鸡脚 超市买的,一盒","鸡心 超市买的,一盒","三层肉 半条","海带 超市买的,一盒"
做法

1:准备所有食材,鸡脚、鸡心、三层肉先川烫备用

2:油热后倒入砂糖炒至融化

3:加入八角拌炒

4:将所有要鲁的食材放入锅中拌炒

5:加入水、壶底油、酱油、胡椒、月桂叶、姜片(大火煮滚后转中火)(收汁过程中记得5分钟至少要翻炒一次)

6:滚到汤汁收到剩一半的时候加入香油拌炒

7:汤汁收快干即可关火(不要等到收到全干)
